  I came here to upgrade to the iPhone X and was told that they couldn’t do it. The sales rep and his floor leader kept saying that they weren’t getting a pop up prompting saying to ‘return device’ in their system. They contacted the NSS team and I was told that I have to pay off my remaining lease time fee on top of activation and a case on top of taxes! I get back home and called the customer care line and got a helpful individual. He said that he did not know what was going at this store but there was nothing wrong with my account like the sales reps said. Customer care also mentioned that this location is a corporate store but yet, no one in this store acknowledges this. Another thing that gets me is the sales rep explaining that I’m not on iPhone forever but customer care says that I am. To top it all off, they will accept me returning my 7 plus, but not my old iPad?! What sense does this make?! They kept saying “I’m sorry, but you’ll have to go to a corporate store.” I am baffled by the lack of knowledge at this sprint store. If t mobile was still buying out contracts, I’d be with them in a heartbeat!
