  The service suck I came in to buy a dryer an their were employees walking around like I wasn't standing there so I call them while I was in the store than I got help but the guy name ken he's an ass if Home Depot had this dryer I would have went to them the employees did not speak or acknowledge me standing there for over 60mins

  We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Scott in dealing with a change in an appliance delivery. He was presented with several challenges in meeting our request and did not complain about the modification of the order. The entire transaction was very pleasant and handled with professional courtesy. Thanks Scott and Lowe's of Cartersville!

  This Lowe's is in the marketplace shipping center with Wal-Mart and a host of other smaller stores. It's in a very convenient location and and has multiple entry and exit points. My experience is this Lowe's is a little cheaper than Home depot on most products I buy. A big bonus for me is they don't have any of those self check out isles that we all love so much.

  Not Great. Nobody available to help in lighting. Buck-passer in suspended ceilings. The flooring specialist was excellent, but she was sandwiched in between the other experiences.
